£31000- £34500 per annum.
We are working with a modern, Luxury private hospital based in Central London who are recruiting for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the surgical wards.
This is a permanent full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, covering a flexible shift pattern.
Surgical Ward Duties:
• To provide high standards of nursing care and ensure patient safety at all times
• To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Department in the absence of the Senior Sister and ensure that a high quality, cost effective service is delivered.
Skills/Experience Required:
• Registered Nurse/NMC PIN
• 2 years post registration surgical ward experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal & written, sound interpersonal skills and excellent customer care skills.
• Up to date on current nursing practice
• Ability to plan care
• Ability to manage a personal caseload
• Understanding of on-going professional development requirements
